We have moved to North Central Plaza III at 12801 N. Central Expressway, Suite 475, Dallas, Texas 75243 and will officially open for regular business on Thursday August 22, 2024.
This new office space will allow us to better serve all your healthcare needs with a more centralized location, updated exam rooms, updated equipment, easier access, and more parking for our patients.
As part of our move, we will be rebranding our name from Radford & Associates and Uptown Wellness Center to StayWellMD.
